About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Programs & Impact to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of high-impact programs that serve the youth of San Francisco. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's programs are engaging, innovative, and effectively meet the needs of the community. This critical leadership role involves providing vision and alignment across multiple clubhouses and school-based clubs, as well as collaborating with various teams to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate measurable impact. The VP of Programs & Impact will also be tasked with overseeing program planning, assessment, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of quality, and managing a high-functioning team. Applicants for the Vice President of Programs & Impact position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree and at least six years of experience in a leadership capacity within a large, youth-serving non-profit. A strong preference is given to those with experience in a community-based organization. The role requires a clear understanding of the mission and programs of the organization, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects, lead a team, and establish effective working relationships. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational, leadership, and communication skills, and be adept at using technology for program management.
