Our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, is seeking assemblers and machine operators to join their team. As an electronics assembly worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of electronic components. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality.
Job Title: Electronics Assembler
Location: Havana, FL
Pay Range: Starting at $16.00/hr.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Solder, assemble, and rework electronic components and PCBs to IPC standards
- Operate and support SMT and Through-Hole automated equipment
- Read and follow MPIs, BOMs, schematics, and work instructions
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure quality compliance
- Maintain documentation, equipment cleanliness, and lean/5S work standards
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent; technical school experience is a plus.
- 6+ months of electronics assembly and/or soldering experience (SMT and/or Through Hole); cell leadership experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing process instructions, bills of material, schematics, and customer drawings; strong attention to detail and precision.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and ESD requirements.
- Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills; comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to learn and utilize MRP/ERP systems for reporting and data entry.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
