In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering a seamless onboarding experience by leading the design and execution of sophisticated data mapping and conversion initiatives. As a subject matter expert within the Black Diamond Trust team, you will optimize data transmission workflows, troubleshoot complex discrepancies, and provide strategic guidance to ensure precision and consistency across all data integrations.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Takes a leadership role in all aspects of the design, development and implementation of data mapping and conversion
• Subject matter expert on system schema, data mapping and financial balancing at conversion
• Supports tax processing by optimizing data transmission between applications
• Client liaison for data related issues; identifies and works to resolve discrepancies
• Supports implementation team throughout client onboarding for any data related matters
• Develops scripts and facilities to optimize data loading processes to ensure timely completion

Required Experience

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 10+ years' experience in data mapping and conversion
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in trust accounting and knowledge of P&I accounting
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Hands on experience with Microsoft database technologies, including SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexes, and database architecture
• Project Management skills are critical to this position, as success involves strict adherence to projected release dates
• Ability to work proactively, both independently and in small groups
• Strong analytical skills to identify system and business impacts
