Your role includes utilizing our innovative platform along with your network to identify potential healthcare candidates, engaging with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest, coordinating meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations, following up with leads to maintain engagement throughout the hiring process, keeping precise records in our applicant tracking system for accuracy and clarity, and earning commissions based on successful meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires from your leads.

What it takes to excel includes excellent written and oral communication skills, a self-motivated spirit and proactive approach, a passion for outreach, building connections, and facilitating career advancement for others, and no previous recruiting experience required if you possess organization and resourcefulness, we'll guide you through the rest.
