Expertise in estimating, insurance coordination, DRP relationships, and repair planning. Experience managing KPIs such as cycle time, gross profit, repair efficiency, and customer satisfaction (CSI). Skilled in team development, customer issue resolution, and operational management in a high-volume collision repair environment.
