This role will sit at the center of the Bank’s digital asset, blockchain, and next-generation payments efforts, providing legal, product, and regulatory guidance on the development, deployment, and oversight of innovative products and activities.The attorney will partner closely with business lines, Law Division subject matter experts, risk and compliance, technology teams, and government relations. We are seeking a collaborative, curious, and creative attorney who is eager to understand the Bank’s business and technology, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help solve complex and novel problems.This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of financial innovation, helping shape how the Bank navigates digital assets and emerging money movement.
