Business Process Analyst

Requirements 3 or more years of experience executing business process analysis and workflow re-engineering in enterprise environments. Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, root-cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement frameworks. Experience with developing current-state and future-state process maps, workflow diagrams, and data-informed models. Experience in authoring comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs), business requirements, and executive-level reports. Experience with supporting strategic transformation initiatives within public health, state government, or regulatory sectors. Experience in establishing operational performance metrics, tracking KPIs, and executing change management plans. Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead stakeholder interviews and process improvement workshops. Responsibilities Evaluate business operations through stakeholder interviews, workflow audits, and quantitative data analysis. Architect and maintain current-state and future-state process maps to identify operational bottlenecks and redundancies. Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to formulate data-informed recommendations that optimize process efficiency and sustainability. Author and standardize formal operating procedures, business requirements documents, and executive decision summaries. Facilitate interactive process improvement workshops with program staff, subject matter experts, and leadership. Define process performance metrics and key indicators to monitor the operational effectiveness of implemented solutions. Coordinate organizational change management and sustainment workflows to ensure seamless adoption of new procedures.
