Position Overview As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, your primary role is to engage homeowners face-to-face and introduce them to our power washing services. You’ll be walking neighborhoods, knocking on doors, creating genuine connections, and helping potential clients see the value in a professional power washing solution. Qualifications & Skills Strong Communication: You’re outgoing, personable, and capable of striking up conversations with homeowners at their door. Sales Experience: Prior experience with door-to-door or face-to-face sales is a plus but not required; we provide hands-on training. Resilience & Persistence: Comfortably handle rejection and stay motivated to knock on the next door. Customer-Focused: You have a friendly, solutions-based mindset and genuinely want to help people improve their homes. Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, set personal goals, and manage time effectively. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a phone, CRM software, and scheduling tools (training provided). Physical Stamina: Willingness to walk neighborhoods and be outdoors in various weather conditions.
