RN Supervisor

Position Overview Join our team at Lawrence Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an RN Supervisor. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full‑time opportunity available. Schedule: Monday‑Friday; 3 PM‑11 PM or 11 PM‑7 AM. Shift differential: $1.50 for 3 PM‑11 PM; $1.00 for 11 PM‑7 AM. Daily pay available. Compensation: $43‑$53 an hour, all inclusive. Qualifications A current, active RN license in New Jersey. Valid BLS Certification. Ability to care for multiple patients simultaneously. Minimum 2 + years nursing experience in a healthcare setting. No prior supervisor experience required; training provided. Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to interact tactfully with staff, residents, family, visitors, government agencies, and the public. Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to nursing care. Benefits Tuition reimbursement. Employee referral bonus.
