Heavy Civil Project Manager or APM - Underground Location: Phoenix, AZ, US Date Posted: 07-13-2026 Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year Job Details Manage and support the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil infrastructure projects Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance Process RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate with field teams to support construction activities, quality control, and safety compliance Maintain communication with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in construction project management or field operations Knowledge of heavy civil construction (wet utilities, roadway, water/wastewater preferred) Design Build / Alt. Delivery experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in project management software and basic cost tracking (ViewPoint or similar Project Management Software, Primavera/MS Project Scheduling, and HCSS Heavybid are a plus.) This position is located in Arizona, some relocation assistance may be available.
