Position Overview

• Location: Hawaii
• Contract Length: 15 weeks
• Shift: Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)

License & Certification Requirements

• Active Hawaii Respiratory Therapy License required by the start of the assignment.
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS – Required
• PALS – Required
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) – Preferred
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – Preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience .
• Must be experienced in caring for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
• First-time travelers will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care across multiple patient populations.
• Perform continuous airway management.
• Manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
• Assist with physician consultations and emergency response.
• Participate in CPR and other critical respiratory interventions.

Health Requirements

• Proof of current influenza vaccination is required prior to the contract start date.
• Candidates requesting a medical or religious exemption must have an approved facility exemption on file before starting.
• If needed, the flu vaccine may be administered during the Employee Health clearance appointment.
