We are expanding our specialty team within our Bryant Dental Brand between Madison and Decatur, AL and are seeking an Endodontist who wants to practice in a collaborative, high-demand environment, and flexible work schedule.

This opportunity is ideal for a specialist who enjoys focusing fully on endodontics while working alongside a strong network of general dentists and specialists in a modern, technology-driven practice.

• Immediate referral flow from an established GP network across North AL(Madison, Huntsville, Decatur, Arab)
• High earning potential ($450K+) based on production

• Daily guarantee during initial ramp period + high percentage of collections
• Multispecialty environment with strong internal collaboration
• State-of-the-art technology including CBCT and surgical microscopes
• Highly trained clinical support team
• Clinical autonomy to practice at the top of your license

•Defined path toward partnership for doctors interested in long-term growth

• Perform non-surgical and surgical endodontic procedures
• Diagnose and treat complex endodontic cases
• Collaborate with general dentists and specialists on treatment planning
• Deliver exceptional patient care in a high-volume specialty setting

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Completion of an Endodontic residency program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Alabama
