Instead, we specialize in premium wine refrigerators, custom wine storage, furniture, glassware, entertaining essentials, and thoughtfully curated accessories for collectors and enthusiasts alike.

Our boutiques are destination retail environments where customers receive expert guidance in selecting products that enhance their homes, lifestyles, and entertaining spaces. In addition to personalized consultations, we host private events and community experiences that celebrate craftsmanship, design, and hospitality.

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to represent our boutique in SoHo . This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating meaningful connections, delivering exceptional service, and helping customers discover premium products through a personalized shopping experience.

This is not a wine sales position. Our boutique specializes in premium wine refrigerators, wine storage solutions, furniture, glassware, and lifestyle accessories. You will help customers find products that enhance their homes, collections, and entertaining spaces through thoughtful, consultative selling.

As a brand ambassador, you will bring the customer experience to life through authentic engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations. You will support daily sales initiatives, maintain store standards, and collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, service-driven environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, balances multiple priorities with attention to detail, and brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Depending on business needs, this role may include opening and closing responsibilities, keyholder duties, and supporting daily store operations.

As part of the Leap platform, you may also have opportunities to support other brands within our portfolio through new store openings, activations, and market coverage needs.

Hourly Pay Range: $19 – $22/hr. This role is commission eligible.
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

• Support store sales goals through proactive customer engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Develop product knowledge to educate customers, share brand stories, and build purchase confidence.
• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, from initial engagement through checkout.

• Maintain a customer-ready environment by supporting visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
• Assist with inventory tasks, shipment processing, and daily operational priorities.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, keyholder responsibilities, and assigned operational tasks as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards to ensure a consistent store experience.

• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve store goals, support daily operations, and create a positive team environment.
• Remain flexible and adaptable to support changing business needs, including peak selling periods, events, and special initiatives.
• Bring a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to the success of the team.

Sales Performance: Supports store goals through proactive engagement, effective selling behaviors, and strong product knowledge.

Operational Excellence: Maintains store standards through accurate execution of daily tasks, organization, and attention to detail.

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support store priorities and collaborate with others.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned store responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor to support an exceptional guest experience.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
