Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Answer calls, greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Organize and seat reservations and walk-in guests.

Receive and coordinate guest take-out orders.

Guide guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed.

Monitor tables for guest needs, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Product Knowledge:

Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Stay informed about daily specials and promotions.

Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to accommodate guest preferences and dietary restrictions.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Set up and prepare dining areas for service, including cleaning and arranging tables.

Maintain cleanliness in work areas, ensuring a neat and welcoming environment.

Assist with clearing and resetting tables for the next guests.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate table assignments and guest needs.

Contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
