About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Higher Education Partnerships to spearhead the establishment of a new US higher education team. This pivotal role is dedicated to securing large and complex partnerships with colleges and universities across the nation. The successful candidate will be a key player in this process, with the added responsibility of coaching and leading the team. The ideal candidate for this position is an entrepreneurial leader with a strong background in higher education partnership sales or business development, particularly in the US market. They should have a proven track record of closing significant deals with senior university decision-makers and be adept at both hands-on selling and team leadership in a remote work environment. The role demands a professional who is comfortable in an open-ended, dynamic setting, and who can quickly earn the trust of executives while being passionate about building a meaningful and impactful team. Applicants for the Head of Higher Education Partnerships role at the company should possess 7-8+ years' of experience in the relevant field, with a minimum of 3-4 years' in a leadership capacity.
