Job Summary The Camp Counselor for the Kids Club at The Woodlands Country Club will supervise children, lead engaging activities, and ensure a safe, positive, and fun environment. This role requires enthusiasm, responsibility, and a passion for working with children. Key Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in daily activities and programs. Plan, organize, and lead games, arts and crafts, sports, and other recreational activities. Always ensure the safety and well-being of all children. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the Kids Club. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management. Serve as a positive role model, promoting teamwork, respect, and good sportsmanship. Qualifications Must be at least 17 years old. CPR and First Aid Certification required. Previous childcare experience is strongly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude.
