Overview Senior Manager – CFO Advisory Join BakerTilly’s CFO Advisory practice as a senior manager, leading high‑level client engagements, providing strategic finance and accounting solutions. Responsibilities Lead engagements to ensure client satisfaction, managing expectations with sponsors and executives. Provide strong leadership, project management, and team‑building skills; mentor associates. Oversee client interaction, scheduling deadlines, and delivery of quality services. Develop new business opportunities, scope and budget engagements, and win specific opportunities. Identify and pursue business development initiatives with Transaction and Financial Advisory Partners. Coordinate with other practice lines, build relationships and play a pivotal role in cross‑sell potential. Contribute to firm’s strategy and proposals, create opportunities for new client additions. Implement technical, industry or functional programs and serve as an expert in the firm. Support talent development, mentorship, and leadership within the firm. Qualifications 8+ years in a large accounting firm (audit, advisory, or transactional services). 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. CPAs preferred. Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills. Intermediate modeling and Excel skills, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data‑driven insights. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines and thrive in fast‑paced, shifting priorities. Effective team player with ability to interact with senior‑level client personnel.
