What You'll Do:

• Prepare and maintain simulation labs for nursing students.
• Operate and troubleshoot patient simulators, audiovisual equipment, and simulation technology.
• Support faculty during simulation exercises and skills labs.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory.
• Assist with scheduling, lab setup, and operational planning.
• Promote a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare-related setting.
• Experience with computers and audiovisual technology.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

• Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience in a nursing skills lab, simulation center, or healthcare education environment.
• Familiarity with simulation technology and healthcare equipment.
