Assistant Store Manager (PM Shift)

Are you kind and genuine with people, customers and co-workers alike? Do you enjoy making people’s day and leading in a positive way? Are you good at connecting with people, reading faces/body language and empathizing?

Does the challenge of working efficiently and skillfully under pressure (without losing your sense of humor) interest you? This ain't no sit-around drinking-coffee job... you really gotta be ready & willing to hustle! Whether you have a long line, or a single customer in the moment - speed is essential. Whichever task is in front of you, it's game on, for real.

Applicants should have a flexible schedule and be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Availability to work afternoon, evening, and closing shifts 
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays 
  • 1+ year previous leadership or customer service experience
