Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support IT asset tracking, inventory management, hardware lifecycle activities, and data accuracy initiatives for a large enterprise environment in NYC. Candidates who have worked with ServiceNow, CMDB, ITAM, hardware inventory, asset tracking, device deployment, equipment recovery, or inventory reconciliation are encouraged to apply. This is a hands‑on role suited for an IT Analyst, IT Support Specialist, Desktop Support professional, or junior IT Asset Management professional who has experience tracking computer hardware, maintaining inventory records, reconciling asset information, and working with IT teams and end users. Required Skills Experience in IT support, IT asset management, desktop support, IT operations, inventory management, or a related area . Experience tracking computer hardware such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals. Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and inventory management . Experience with inventory reconciliation, asset tracking, or equipment audits. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data reporting. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with technical teams and end users. Ability to work onsite in NYC . Preferred Skills Experience with ServiceNow , particularly Asset Management or CMDB. Exposure to IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes. Experience supporting hardware deployment, refresh, recovery, or disposal activities. Experience with asset tagging, scanning, stockroom/inventory management, or physical audits. Experience working in a large enterprise or multi-location IT environment.
