The ideal candidate will hold an active CA license and possess the necessary skills to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific patient needs. Utilize Rehab Optima (Net Health) for efficient documentation and patient management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on speech-language pathology services and strategies. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Active Speech-Language Pathology license in California.
