What You’ll Do

Every day is different. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Welcome customers and create an outstanding first impression.
• Learn about each customer’s needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Match customers with the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Demonstrate the latest Ford technology, safety features, and performance.
• Conduct engaging test drives.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with customers using phone, email, and text.
• Utilize CRM technology to stay organized and maximize sales opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional purchase experience from greeting to delivery.
