Known for our fresh, unbreaded, cooked-to-order wings tossed in 16 made-from-scratch sauces, we pride ourselves on creating an extraordinary dining experience for our guests. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant while delivering an unforgettable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the day-to-day management of restaurant operations. - Leading and motivating team members to provide top-notch service. - Ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards. - Monitoring inventory and supplies to keep everything running efficiently. - Supporting the General Manager in achieving sales and performance goals. - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly and professional approach. - Upholding health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: - At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and interact with customers. - A passion for high-quality food and creating memorable dining experiences. - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
