2nd Shift Production Associate – Urbana, OH

Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Position Overview

We're hiring Production Associates to join a manufacturing team that applies high-performance non-stick coatings to commercial baking pans used by major food manufacturers. In this role, you'll load cleaned baking pans into the coating line, assist with the coating process, inspect finished products, and help prepare orders for shipment. This is a fast-paced position that offers a four-day workweek and opportunities for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Load cleaned baking pans into the coating line and paint booth
• Remove coated pans and inspect them for quality and proper coverage
• Perform visual quality checks throughout the production process
• Stack, organize, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain production standards while working safely and efficiently
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Able to work around dust and other airborne particles
• High school diploma or GED preferred
