Maintenance Leader

Overview Step into a high-impact maintenance leadership role within a high-speed beverage manufacturing plant, where uptime, efficiency, and equipment reliability are critical to success. You’ll take ownership of maintenance execution, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in keeping a fast‑paced production environment operating at peak performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) High school diploma or GED required 35 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in beverage or high-speed food/CPG production environments Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning/scheduling Experience in high-speed, automated production environments (beverage, dairy, bottling, or packaging preferred) Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify issues and implement solutions Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong cross‑functional relationships Effective communication skills Self‑directed with ability to prioritize and multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar) Comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Flexible to support a 24/7 operation Why is This a Great Opportunity Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $90K$120K + 13% bonus Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Flexible Time Off (FTO) – take time as needed with manager alignment Wellness programs, life insurance, and career development opportunities Salary Type: Annual Salary Salary Min: $90000 Salary Max: $120000 Currency Type: USD #J-18808-Ljbffr
