PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 Year College degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of CC&B and MDM preferred
- 12 -18 months experience on CIMS System, including account set up, bill processing and service order completion
- 12-18 months experience in using PECO's Meter Data Management system (MDM); Proficient use of the MDM meter data bulk editing tool and CEDAR.
- 12-18 month experience with PECO's meter data retrieval applications including DataRaker, Opower, First Fuel and AMOS - Advanced Metering Outage System and Sensus RNI.
- Proficiency in PECO's reporting tool Qlikview. Experience in working all types of PECO related WFM's including Service Orders and AMI's new MDM Work Q exceptions
