Weekly Compensation

• Average weekly earnings: $1,700 – $1,825
• Additional performance-based bonuses available
• Sign-on bonus available (details provided during hiring process)
• Earnings vary based on experience, routes, and availability

Getting Started

• Orientation completed online
• Simplified onboarding to get drivers started quickly

Position Summary

• Local routes with same-day return
• Home daily
• Multiple scheduling options available
• Two days off per week based on business needs and driver availability
• Day and night driving opportunities
• Typical shift length: 10–11 hours
• Holiday work may be required depending on operational needs

Freight & Equipment

• No-touch freight
• Mix of drop and hook and live unload handled by customer
• Refrigerated (reefer) and dry van freight options
• Assigned equipment that is maintained regularly

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required
• At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including road test and drug screen
• Must meet company safety standards
