- Provide clear information about State Farm Insurance products, focusing on life insurance first, then auto and home/renters insurance.
- Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and endorsements.
- Conduct needs-based interviews in the agent’s office to tailor coverage.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Support the agent’s marketing efforts to grow the agency.
- Ensure quality service to all State Farm policyholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must complete licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.
