Now hiring Recruiting Specialist Location: Kansas City, MO Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Variable/Flexible Schedule Monday-Saturday with rotating Saturdays Start time as early as 5:00 AM (subject to business needs)

Experience Requirements Basic administrative experience required Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or office support experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work independently Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude

Job Duties

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff members
• Answer phones, screen calls, and respond to applicant inquiries
• Schedule interviews, applications, and onboarding appointments
• Assist candidates with electronic applications and onboarding processes
• Interview applicants and verify application information
• Coordinate background screenings, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements
• Research candidate databases and identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Post jobs to job boards and assist with recruiting activities
• Maintain applicant and employee documentation
• Support temporary employees through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Order office supplies, distribute mail, and support office operations
• Generate recruiting reports and assist branch leadership as needed
