Your Role As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an exceptional customer experience, ensuring food safety and quality, and leading a well-trained restaurant crew. You will be actively engaged in various tasks while clocked in, as part of our dynamic team culture. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, delicious food to our customers. Address and resolve food quality concerns. Enforce food safety standards, including monitoring hand hygiene, time, and temperature controls. Resolve customer incidents and foster positive customer interactions. Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and scheduling. Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew members. Assist with crew performance evaluations. Mentor future Service Leaders. Support administrative tasks including banking and cash management. Ensure that office equipment is functional and supplies are adequately stocked. What You Bring A solid understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy. Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures. Familiarity with food safety guidelines and health department requirements. Experience with office documentation. Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace. A high school diploma is required. Previous restaurant experience is essential.
