NJ Luxury Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Marketing and Brand Specialist to join our team in Short Hills, New Jersey. This is a full time, in office position for a creative professional with strong hands on graphic design and marketing experience.

The role is approximately 50 percent print marketing and 50 percent digital marketing . You will personally design and execute marketing materials across property marketing, advertising, email, digital campaigns, direct mail, events, social media and brand initiatives.

We are looking for someone who can take a project from concept through completion while maintaining the elevated visual standards expected of a luxury brand. The ideal candidate combines excellent design skills with strong marketing instincts, copywriting ability, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

This is a hands on design position. A professional portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design capabilities is required.

Responsibilities

Print Marketing

• Design property brochures, postcards and direct mail campaigns
• Create listing presentations and other sales materials
• Design property signage and event materials
• Create magazine and newspaper advertisements
• Prepare files for professional printing and production
• Coordinate directly with printers, publications and mailing vendors
• Manage print orders, production schedules and delivery deadlines
• Create additional print materials as needed

Digital Marketing

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns
• Create social media graphics and supporting assets
• Update website content and property marketing pages
• Develop digital advertisements
• Create and execute marketing campaigns for new listing launches
• Support search engine optimization initiatives
• Develop customer relationship management marketing campaigns
• Track marketing performance through analytics and reporting
• Create additional digital marketing materials as needed

Brand and Creative

• Personally design marketing materials across print and digital channels
• Maintain NJ Luxury Real Estate Group and SERHANT. brand standards
• Ensure consistent typography, imagery, messaging and visual presentation
• Write and edit property descriptions, advertisements, emails, campaign messaging and other marketing copy
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers on creative direction and asset needs
• Manage multiple listing launches, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of professional marketing and graphic design experience
• Professional experience working with a luxury brand is required
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design experience
• Strong proficiency with Canva
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Experience with Meta Business Suite
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms
• Excellent graphic design and visual communication skills
• Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading abilities
• Experience working with printers and outside marketing vendors
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and fast moving deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Real estate marketing experience is preferred

You should be creative, highly organized, detail oriented and proactive. You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects without requiring step by step direction and capable of moving quickly while maintaining a high standard of work.

You should also have a strong eye for luxury branding. You understand that typography, spacing, imagery, copy and presentation all contribute to how a brand is perceived.

Most importantly, we want someone who can execute. If you can take an idea and turn it into a polished brochure, email campaign, advertisement, presentation or digital marketing asset, this could be a great fit.
