Sr. Architect

Sr. Architect Position A mid-sized architecture firm in Evanston is looking to add a Sr. Architect to their team. This firm primarily focuses on interior build-outs and renovations of existing structures. Travel is expected approximately once per quarter. Responsibilities Produce construction documents, including details, wall sections, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans Develop and contribute to architectural drawings using AutoCAD and tools such as Photoshop and SketchUp Collaborate on project delivery, including assisting with project management and overseeing select project components Essential Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit is highly preferred 6-8+ years of experience in architecture Bachelor of Architecture Experience working on hospitality projects is preferred, but corporate workplace, large retail, or medical/healthcare projects are also transferrable Professional licensure is preferred, but candidates actively pursuing licensure or nearing completion of exams are encouraged to apply Some managerial skills or experience in project management Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evanston, IL. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
