Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mood disorder symptoms in clients, determining their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, personal goals, and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement and utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to enhance client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to foster empowerment.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs and outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care and a holistic approach.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mood disorders and therapy techniques to continually improve intervention strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
