IT Systems AdministratorIT systems administrator will be responsible for resolving incoming user support requests regarding software, hardware, networking, and other computer-related technologies. Managing and updating Project CMMS.$33.00 - $36.00/hourResponsibilitiesAssist with user accounts and groupsAssist with Windows Active Directory, GPO's, file servers and other network resourcesAssist with Windows Workstations, build, troubleshoot, configure, and manageManage hardware and software inventorySetup and configure computers, servers, and network devicesAssist with managing, updating, and providing needed reports from the Projects CMMS (will receive full training)Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.Other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferredFive years of experience working with Workflow and/or DMS type systemsAbility to troubleshoot, manage, maintain and upgrade WAN components and windows networking issuesExperience with Microsoft back off stack preferredProven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issue resolution techniquesStrong customer service orientationEffective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organizationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completionProblem solving skills with an analytical thought processAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing environmentMay be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs.
