Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Melville, NY. The ideal candidate will uphold the Marriott brand standards while ensuring compliance with all health department and food safety requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Follow and implement Marriott brand standards consistently. Ensure full compliance with all health department regulations and food safety requirements. Maintain excellent communication with guests and staff to foster a positive dining experience. Lead and promote teamwork among restaurant staff. Conduct daily stand-up meetings to align team goals and priorities. Manage weekly inventory to control costs and maintain stock levels. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Oversee training programs for new and existing employees. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. Provide tips training and encourage best practices in service. Qualifications & Skills Experience in restaurant management or within the Marriott brand is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Knowledge of health department regulations and food safety standards. Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and training effectively. Customer service oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction. Tips training certificate is a plus. Food safety certificate is a plus.
