Client Service Analyst

Serving as the primary client contact for the Wegmans account, the full-time remote Client Service Analyst will deliver high-quality analytics, reporting, and service support, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and actionable insights that foster long-term collaboration. Key responsibilities Manage service-related inquiries and issue resolution for the Wegmans account, ensuring effective communication and timely responses Deliver analytics and reporting support, including report creation and maintenance, while ensuring data accuracy through regular quality checks Engage clients consultatively to understand their business objectives and translate data into meaningful insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in client service, analytics, or data support, preferably in retail or CPG environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a capacity to learn new tools quickly Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data quality Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with teams
