Job Title: SAP Practice Head (Enterprise Asset Management)

Responsibilities

• Grow the SAP consulting/services business in the SAP Enterprise Asset Management space and adjacencies, measured on revenue growth of the portfolio.
• Proactively engage in consultative selling, converting business challenges into IT enablement solutions.
• Formulate solutions that meet the unique business needs of clients and position those solutions effectively.
• Manage CXO‑level relationships, demonstrating strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills.
• Collaborate with offshore pre‑sales teams to shape value propositions, consulting, RFP/RFI responses, solutions, and presentations.
• Generate leads in cooperation with alliances, marketing, and through professional networks.
• Communicate best practices to clients and act as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years’ experience in consulting or professional services focused on SAP technology.
• Mandatory exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Applications, Platform Migrations, Modernization concepts, and AMS.
• Strong exposure to asset‑heavy industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining, and Process Manufacturing.
• Understanding of Geo Spatial Technology/Integration highly desirable.
• Solid technical and functional skills.
• Experience managing customer relationships and leading them to multi‑million‑dollar engagements.
• Professional customer network preference.
• Exposure to a global delivery model.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a matrix organization.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $240,000.00 to $375,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The position is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits, including a full range of medical and dental benefit options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
