Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid California licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
- Experience in a school-based setting is a plus, though all levels are welcome to apply
- Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 15-20 students across diverse age groups
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working well with both students and staff
- Dedicated to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to assigned students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ progress
- Conduct evaluations and document student performance and treatment outcomes
- For in-person SLPA candidates: Work primarily with elementary students, under licensed SLP supervision, assisting in assessments and delivering therapy programs
