Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid California licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
• Experience in a school-based setting is a plus, though all levels are welcome to apply
• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 15-20 students across diverse age groups
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working well with both students and staff
• Dedicated to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to assigned students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ progress
• Conduct evaluations and document student performance and treatment outcomes
• For in-person SLPA candidates: Work primarily with elementary students, under licensed SLP supervision, assisting in assessments and delivering therapy programs
