Senior QA EngineerLocation: New York City - Hybrid Terms: 12+ MonthsWe are seeking an experienced Senior Tester (Senior QA Engineer) to lead quality assurance activities across the software development lifecycle. This role is responsible for test planning, test automation, functional and integration testing, defect management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical testing expertise, automation experience, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and development teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test cases.Perform functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing support.Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.Validate APIs, databases, integrations, and backend processes.Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and support teams to ensure quality requirements are met.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality improvements throughout the SDLC.Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices.Support release validation, production verification, and hypercare activities.Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and automation.Technical SkillsMust HaveAbility to ensure team's adherence to Agile processes and best practices while adapting to particular team needsAutomation TestingData Quality AssuranceKnowledge of Salesforce TestingNice To HaveAgile Quality Assurance
