Process Technology Specialist

Process Technology Specialist Solenis is a global provider of water and hygiene solutions. The Process Technology Specialist is the process owner and subject‑matter expert for the assigned product lines and plants. The role works closely with Plant Operations, Product Managers, Research Scientists and support groups to meet business and supply chain goals. Responsibilities Conduct product sourcing, debottlenecking and expansion analyses. Lead new product scale‑up and commercialization initiatives. Identify and implement best practices and cost improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve operational efficiencies and product quality improvements. Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary ranging from $93,530.00 to $137,181.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
