What It Takes to Run the Show

Experience matters. 1+ years in admin or office support in a transportation or logistics environment required. Familiarity with DOT compliance and reporting is a plus. Detail-driven. You spot what others miss and always double-check. Audit driver logs, trip reports, and fuel reconciliation. Tech confident. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital tools. Positive and dependable. You bring good vibes and great follow-through. Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams.

From Clock In to Clock Out

You'll jump in each morning ready to organize, coordinate, and communicate. You'll support daily transportation and logistics operations through administrative, compliance, and customer service functions, while interfacing closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
