Hospital Sales Executive

Hello, Base salary plus $100k bonus for the first year to increase by $100k if they meet goal with 10% bonus on all revenue above goal with no upper limit. Responsible for building and growing business within them assigned region by selling to hospitals, healthcare systems, and related stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Drive new business development and expand existing hospital accounts within • assigned territory. • Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with hospital leadership, lab directors, and • procurement teams. • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing. • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. • Develop territory business plans and maintain an active sales pipeline. • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and industry partners. • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and competitive intelligence. Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of direct hospital sales experience selling Clinical Lab Services or sales of medical devices to hospitals – we need someone who has sold to hospitals, any item, if they have sold Clinical Lab Services to hospitals – this is a huge plus. • Main US Labs: (Quest, MayoClinic, LabCorp, CPL, BioRef, Millenium, etc) search using these names, Sales Reps that have any of these labs on their resume would be an excellent fit. • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. • Deep knowledge of hospital purchasing dynamics and decision-making processes. • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region. • Self-driven, organized, and highly persuasive.
