\n A growing manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily production and business operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping the operation running smoothly, managing and training employees, coordinating production, maintaining quality standards, and helping improve efficiency across the company.\n

\n This is a hands-on management position for someone who enjoys working directly with employees, solving problems, organizing workflow, and taking ownership of the operation. \n

\n Schedule: Management schedule will reflect the demands of the business for open availability (includes days,nights,weekednds, splits etc) \n

\n Salary: $65k +\n

\n Manager Requirements: \n

\n
• \n

  \n 3+ years of experience managing employees in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment\n

\n
• \n

  \n Strong leadership and employee-management skills\n

\n
• \n

  \n Experience training, coaching, and developing employees\n

\n
• \n

  \n Excellent Mechanical Aptitude\n

\n
• \n

  \n Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously\n

\n
• \n

  \n Strong organizational and time-management skills\n

\n
• \n

  \n Ability to read and follow written procedures, work instructions, and production documentation\n

\n
• \n

  \n Experience with inventory, purchasing, production scheduling, or machining preferred\n

\n
• \n

  \n Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software and systems\n

\n
• \n

  \n Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills\n

\n
• \n

  \n Excellent communication skills\n

\n
• \n

  \n Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive team environment\n

  \n Strong attention to detail\n

  \n Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment\n

  \n Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities\n

  \n Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools or manufacturing equipment preferred\n

  \n Ability to train employees and clearly communicate expectations\n

  \n Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment\n

  \n High school diploma or equivalent required; additional management, manufacturing, or technical education preferred\n
