Compensation

~$180,000 annually, DOE

What You'll Be Doing

Recruit, mentor, and grow a Mechanical team from scratch
Build client relationships and help win new work
Lead projects from concept through construction
Guide chilled water, boiler, VAV, cooling tower, and fume exhaust designs
Partner with Electrical and Structural teams on unified MEP solutions
Answer RFIs and protect design intent in the field

What You'll Need to be Considered

Active PE license
Commercial and industrial HVAC/Plumbing design
Entrepreneurial drive to build a practice
HAP, IESVE, or Trace a plus
