INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Pocono Summit, PA | $40K$50K Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll:
Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
Work warm leads provided by the agency
Conduct insurance consultations and sales presentations
Quote and sell Auto, Home, Specialty, Life, and other insurance products
Identify coverage gaps and additional financial service opportunities
Follow up consistently and confidently close business
Provide an exceptional client experience
Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
Maintain a strong pipeline and work toward daily and monthly performance goals
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has 16 years of sales, insurance, telemarketing, or client-facing experience
Is comfortable making up to 100 outbound calls per day using warm leads provided
Has a proven history of meeting or exceeding goals
Is competitive and motivated by results
Has strong verbal, written, and listening skills
Is highly coachable and willing to continuously improve
Takes accountability instead of making excuses
Is intrinsically motivated you don't need someone standing over you to perform
