About this role
Cardiomed Solutions is seeking a driven Regional Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with cardiology clinics, outpatient surgical centers, and hospital interventional labs across Wyoming and adjacent regions. You'll bring our innovative catheter systems and diagnostic tools to clinical teams, demonstrating product value and supporting adoption. This role offers a blend of technical sales expertise, relationship building, and clinical support.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory strategy to grow market share among 25+ target accounts across cardiology and interventional labs
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and procurement teams through site visits, product demonstrations, and clinical education
- Manage full sales cycle from prospect identification through contract negotiation and order fulfillment
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets ($2.1M annually), tracking activity metrics and revenue forecasting
- Support clinical staff with product training and troubleshooting; collect and relay feedback to marketing and product teams
- Travel 40–50% within territory (WY, UT, MT); manage CRM data in Salesforce
What we're looking for
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopedic, cardiac, or surgical devices preferred)
- Proven success hitting sales targets and managing complex B2B sales cycles
- Ability to develop deep relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication; presentation skills
- Valid driver's license; willingness to travel 40–50%
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience a plus)
Preferred qualifications
- Background in interventional cardiology or catheterization lab sales
- Existing relationships in the mountain west medical community
- Clinical certification (RN, CVT, or other allied health credential)
- Experience with value-based selling and health outcomes analysis
