ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tammy Johnson State farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Office Manager Assistant.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. We are looking for someone to help our business grow. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members or helping them understand their insurance.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming Insurance inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options and make the offer.
Answer the phones
Get the mail
Build Relationships with customers
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Offer Life, Auto and Home insurance products to people that call in
Explain Billing and take Payments
Help keep office clean and organized

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Insurance Licensed Property and Casualty and Life or be willing to obtain
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
