The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Xactimate and a strong ability to manage time and resources efficiently to ensure timely and effective restoration services for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all phases of restoration projects including planning, execution, and completion.Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.Utilize Xactimate software for accurate estimating of projects.Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project.Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.QualificationsProven experience in disaster restoration project management.Proficiency with Xactimate estimating.Experience in water damage mitigation.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.IICRC Certification is a plus, but not required.BenefitsBase Salary ($70K-$90K)CommissionPaid Time OffMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) with Match
