What You'll Do:

• Operate machinery and assemble components following detailed specifications
• Maintain strict quality control throughout the assembly process
• Ensure production efficiency by adhering to schedules
• Safely operate tools and equipment
• Identify and report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly

What We're Looking For:

• 0-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working swing or third shift
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting is advantageous

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work night hours (10:00PM - 6:30AM)
