Registered Nurse (RN) - Boonsboro, Maryland Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at South Mountain Rehab Center in Boonsboro, Maryland. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to our mission of delivering excellence in care and services. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assess and monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) Follow all policies and procedures of the facility Serve as charge nurse when assigned Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities Attend all required educational activities and meetings Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information Demonstrate respect of resident rights and dignity Qualifications: Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland or Multistate CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Prior experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus, but we will train the right candidate Strong communication and critical thinking skills A team-player mindset with a passion for patient‑centered care Why Join Us?
